Describe the bug
Head referee mobile view won't show team number and table number, there is also no indication of NO SHOW

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enter the head referee view on mobile

Expected behavior
Head referee should be able to see team number and table number on mobile, if a team is no show it should be indicated
