Refine UBI (Grain) has AssertionError: Left handed axis system!

I was trying with various parameter in the VISA,
I had assertion error on the refine grains,

Is following mean, something wrong in UBI matrices?

It means the UBI is garbage. How did you create the error?

in the visa, I put some random parameters in grid indexer and indexer filter, i got this error in the refine grains

Could you check how many peaks are indexed by this grain? This could happen if too few peaks are indexed.

Yes, Indeed, it found only few grains in the grid indexer filter and it got nothing in the refine grains.

any how, regarding the tutorial, I set up some .ows file /data/visitor/ihma783/id11/20251209/NOBACKUP/Abdul/sam_23/3dxrd_workflow_jan12_2026.ows

now if we open this file in shared visa (I shared the visa instance last Friday, could you tell me you could access them), you could see the previous results,

there I can see grains, But i don't know the results were good or not.

To check the generated grains using matplot lib
we could use
(from the folder /ewoks_3dxrd/05_indexing$)
