Profile Picture Unable to Change

Bug Description

Setting the profile picture/avatar does not work. Setting the banner does, however.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to profile
2. Press settings
3. Press "Change your avatar"
4. Open gallery
5. Select an image
6. Press done
7. Image selection will close with a dialog "Loading... Please wait"
8. Dialog will close with no changes applied

Expected Behavior

After the "Loading" dialog, the avatar will change to the selected image.

which server are you on and what do logs(settings>about>logs) say when changing fails ?
