Instead of showing Start VM Show a Dashboard 1st time CREATE NEW VM but from next time onwards ADD VM.

Sorry for the late reply.
Your suggestion is good, but Podroid uses a highly customized kernel and Alpine image, with everything tightly controlled to work perfectly on Android. So while the multiple-VM approach is solid in general, it’s not a good fit for Podroid.
