Option to enable auto fan speed

This is for a feature request to reenable automatic temperature controlled fan speed from the GUI in the same way you can enable manual fan control.

Was going to make a fork and create a pull request but i see your latest fork makes alot of changes. Decided that making a fork of the current wouldn't be to helpful if you are changing it up.

I have added the ability to re-enable auto mode to the development build. If you could switch to the development build and test it out that would be great as my server is currently packed up for a house move so I don't have any way of validating it!

Setting to development I see no change in the interface or an option to set auto.

The "set auto mode" will only show up if you have enabled manual mode. I have changed it to always show and a new build is available now.

Can confirm auto mode works. Testing included manually setting fans to 50% noticing fan speed change then setting to auto mode and notice fan speed change accordingly.

I will leave this in the development build for a little bit before cutting it in with the startup script support.

is this going to main eventually? My docker host doesn't support pulling from other branches...

@SimplifyAndAddCoffee unfortunetely I haven't had time to work on this project for a while now. I haven't heard any issues with people running the development branch however so I will assume all is ok and merge to main.
