One of the key features of Dynamic Trees is that cutting down the base of a tree causes the entire tree to fall and break.
I would absolutely love to see this feature removed and to return to floating trees (If Sable is detected), so that we can let Sable take the reins and throw the tree to the ground instead.
Ideally, the branches of Dynamic Trees would be configured to break just like leaves do in the Tree Felling mods using Sable, with with added durability based on their girth.

This absolutely has my support.
