Variables and Styles for CLI for Non-Enterprise Users

Problem

Users of the specs CLI, not on the Sigma enterprise plan are unable to fetch variables and style and points. Therefore their specs are incomplete.

Solution

Most likely add a feature to the plug-in to extract sufficient variables and styles data so that the rest API can otherwise work with the generate and other commands
