Code size measurements

Not sure if code size is a focus in this project or not, but for my own curiosity I did some wasm size measurements, posting in case it might be interesting:

current binary      1.89 MB
current + wasm-opt  1.59
emscripten          1.56

(Using -O3 for wasm-opt and emscripten.) So binaryen wasm-opt saves around 16% here.

Certainly interested in reducing size, but I think we need to create more comprehensive tests to see if -O3 has any side effects.

Please let us (binaryen) know if you find anything doesn't work with -O3, as it's been extensively tested (fuzzing, emscripten test suite, llvm test suite, many shipping codebases).

Oh, I'm not sure how this would fit in the current setup here - I just used a local build for a quick test. But one option is to get a binary release from github,

$ wget https://github.com/WebAssembly/binaryen/releases/download/1.39.1/binaryen-1.39.1-x86-linux.tar.gz
$ tar xf binaryen-1.39.1-x86-linux.tar.gz 
$ ./binaryen-1.39.1/wasm-opt input.wasm -O3 -o output.wasm
