Epic: Airo TV UX revamp across all surfaces

Adopt a responsive explorer-style live-TV UX across all Airo surfaces — phone, tablet, desktop, web, TV (D-pad) — keeping the big video area as anchor.

Architecture (decided — do not re-litigate)

• Single adaptive AiroTvShell in feature_iptv (no new package), breakpoints: <600dp stacked / ≥600dp wide table / TV D-pad focus variant.
• Storage: sharedPreferencesProvider + StateNotifier pattern (tv_font_mode_provider.dart mirror). Keys: iptv_last_channel, iptv_filter_*, iptv_saved_filters, iptv_hotbar, iptv_row_<name>_visible.
• iptv-org (https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv) metadata enrichment fixes sparse country/language data.
• Rules: no fake stats/popularity (Epic [EPG] iptv-org gap analysis: fix schema drift, adopt guides/feeds/logos, self-hosted EPG grab pipeline #950), bounded failover (no retry loops behind splash), old TV screen flagged until D-pad dogfood passes.
