Phase 6 — Multiview

Spec: Airo TV UX design (Phasing item 6)

Deliverables

• TV icon per channel-table row (slot reserved in Phase 2 table) adds/removes channel from multiview set.
• Multiview stage layouts: 2 = split; 3+ = featured + thumbnail strip; click thumbnail promotes to featured (audio follows featured only).
• Player-pool cap: 4 concurrent streams. Per-platform decoder budget enforced; thumbnails may degrade to keyframe-only refresh on constrained devices.

Acceptance

• Layout widget tests for 1/2/3/4 channels; promote/demote behavior.
• Pool cap test: 5th add rejected with user feedback.
• Audio only ever from featured player.
• Perf review sign-off (chief-performance-officer) — decoder budget per platform.
