[FEATURE] Docker Compose to enable self-hosting

It would be great to have an official docker-compose.yml in the repository.

Right now, anyone who wants to run the project in a homelab has to create their own Docker Compose configuration and figure out all the required services and settings. Having an official Compose file would make getting started much easier and provide a consistent deployment experience.

This would help both contributors and users who want to self-host the project.
