Add Internal Entry Linking / Reference System

I would love to have a way to create references or links between diary entries.

For example, while writing today’s entry, I might mention an event or topic that I already talked about in yesterday’s entry. It would be really useful if I could link directly to that previous entry and quickly jump back to it later.

This could help connect related thoughts and events over time, especially in long-term journaling.

Some possible ideas:

• Link to another entry by date
• Search and attach an existing entry
• Clickable references inside entries
• Backlinks or related-entry suggestions

I think this would make the journal feel more interconnected and easier to navigate, especially for users who write frequently or keep long-running topics across multiple days.

This could perhaps follow a wiki-style linking approach similar to apps like Obsidian or Logseq, while still fitting naturally into a Markdown-based workflow.

This would be neat, my main hesitation is complexity and compatibility with other tools when exported. It seems link wiki-links like this lend themselves more towards a knowledge base than a journal, but feel free to disagree. Perhaps the real need is to have a way to create overarching reflections, e.g. the discussion from #335

I think my use case is slightly different from a knowledge base.

I'm not really looking to build a network of concepts like in Obsidian. Instead, I often have events or situations that continue across multiple days, weeks, or even months.

For example, I might mention something in today's entry that I already wrote about yesterday. In that case, being able to quickly jump to the earlier entry would help me follow the story or context later when rereading my journal.

So for me, it feels more like connecting related moments in a timeline rather than creating a knowledge graph.

That said, I can also see how the reflection idea from #335 might address a similar need from a different angle.
