Can't change polling frequency from 1s

Attempting to change the polling frequency for a target in the settings : advanced : nut manager screen.

Pick a target, click 'edit', use the arrows to scroll the number from 1 to 30. Click 'save' and 'test' in various combinations, multiple times, repeatedly.

Go back to the home screen, go back to settings, force reload the page, every time it just says "Polling: 1s" again.

(directly typing a number results in the same behavior)

First of all, I want to say that this project is professionally done and I am an experienced developer.
Well done DartSteven!

I also made the same random clicks, then I read more carefully.
Below the label "Edit Traget" you will see "Run Test Connection successfully before saving this target". That will notify you that you need to click on "Test" button before click on "Save target" button. After you click "Test" the notification will disappear.

I think the right steps are:

1. Change Polling interval to whatever value you want, I put 5s.
2. After that click "Test"(you need to see a fast refresh of the buttons),
3. Then click "Save target".
   Now go to home screen or refresh the page. When you come back to settings, value of polling is changed to 5 seconds.

I found out that "Target timezone", "Target currency" and "UPS identifier" cannot be changed.
When you try to change "UPS identifier", clicking on "Test" will not remove the notification, reverting to original "UPS identifier" will let you test and remove the notification.

Maybe a better implementation will be to disable "Save target" button until the "Test" was executed, if is not so hard.

This issue is about the polling frequency not being able to be changed no matter if the test button is used or not. I did not see the interval being updated in any case of going home / coming back, etc.

My configuration has just 1 target. For this target I can change polling interval.

My target after changing to 5s interval polling. My logs that show polling interval are indeed 5s.

If I didn't undertand your issue maybe you can show some insights, screenshot, or steps to reproduce.

Please, I have created the 0.2.2.5 build.

Try one of these images and let me know if it fixes the issues you were experiencing. If the problem persists, please let me know so I can investigate further.

Warning

Version 0.2.2.5 is not backward compatible with previous releases.

The database must be recreated from scratch.

To avoid incompatible or dirty data, it is strongly recommended to start from a completely clean environment using a new empty folder.
Do not reuse files or data from older versions.

Inconsistent change now.

In the new UI, clicking 'Edit'm scrolling down to the 'edit target' box, changing the 'polling interval', clicking test and then save then close, the UI isn't updated.

But going back to the 'home' and then back to system : advanced : nut manager the UI will update.

However if a specific UPS is currently not currently reachable the polling interval change doesn't save no matter what.
