Subject: [PATCH] Add privacy-friendly analytics to the landing page

GoatCounter (cookieless, no personal data) on the GitHub Pages site for
visitor counts, referrers, and country-level geography. Also tracks clicks
on the "Try the live demo" button. The demo app itself stays untracked to
preserve the privacy promise.
