feat: add chainId 138 (DeFi Oracle Meta Mainnet) to ChainPilot

Network: DeFi Oracle Meta Mainnet (chainId 138, DefiLlama dfio_meta_main)

ChainPilot v0.3.0 rejects --chain-id 138 even with --rpc-url (UnsupportedChain in resolve_token). Please add chain 138 and enable route API support.

Tested upstream: ChainPilot v0.4.0 (2026-06-05)

Problem summary

Chain 138 is not in src/config/chains/*.rs. Most DeFi commands fail before any RPC call:

Unsupported chain ID: 138. See README for the supported chain list.

Gate: resolve_token() in src/commands/mod.rs rejects any chain_id missing from the static CHAINS slice.

README vs implementation (v0.4.0)

README (Supported Chains section) says:

For unsupported chain IDs, pass --rpc-url manually.

That only overrides the JSON-RPC endpoint (AppConfig::rpc_url_for_chain). It does not register a chain. --rpc-url does not bypass UnsupportedChain in resolve_token.

Suggested README fix:

Chains not listed in the supported table must be added to src/config/chains/ before token/swap/risk commands work. --rpc-url only overrides the RPC endpoint for connectivity; it does not add chain support.

Suggested upstream changes

1. Add src/config/chains/chain138.rs and register in src/config/chains/mod.rs (reference patch below).
2. Enable DODO route API for chainId=138 (see contract-request#31) — without this, swap quote returns ParamsError: chainId not support even after chain registration.
3. (Optional) Relax resolve_token when config.rpc_url_overridden is true so raw 0x token addresses work on unlisted chains before route API lands.
