Add storemonitor and 8_sync_client examples

Hi,
attached patch contain 2 python applications that might be useful for other libestored users:

• storemonitor is a ncurses python application that can act as a headless replacement for the Qt debugger GUI (for monitoring the datastore only)
• 8_sync_client is a python zmq client that updates the datastore of the 8_sync example, showing that datastore variables can be accessed as if they were python dict elements

I tried to push my branch, but that didn't seem to work with my github user/password
