Add sequence diagram to docs about libstored sync protocol

I think it could be great to clarify how the sync protocol works exactly. And a little sequence diagram might be the best way to do that.

Questions that we had while using: are sync messages made at all when the store didn't change? Which store bytes are sent on a synchronization?
