3D Examples

Hi,
Is there an example or instructions for using this model for 3D inputs (for e.g CT scans in nifti file formats)

Currently the 3D inputs are just sliced and fed into the model as multiple 2D image slices. Some of the preprocessing scripts can be found at https://arxiv.org/abs/2503.07667.
