[BUG] Save Changes Button on the Front End no Working

Description

The save button on the front end displays an error message "Failed to Save" when clicked.

Environment

• Browser: Chrome on iOS device

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open Chrome on iPhone
2.Navigate to CAAL front end (I am using tailscape so my url is https://xxx.xxx.ts.net:3443)
3.Click cog icon
4.Change anything
5.Click Save Changes button on the bottom of the front end
6. Fail to Save message appears in red on the top of the settings page

@nerd8east-a11y , this is likely a permission issue in the CAAL root folder, run this inside the CAAL root folder:

sudo chown -R $USER:$USER .
