if you try to set all 4 defaults and click save, it will only save one of them
would be great if you can save all 4 at once

Hi! I’d like to work on this. My plan is to keep pending model selections for all four scopes and allow all modified defaults to be saved together, with loading/error handling and regression tests. Could you confirm that this matches the intended behavior?
