Error with staticfiles (fresh installation)

Hi,
I have installed your application and I've a problem with staticfiles.
Error : "GET /static/main.tw.css HTTP/1.1" 404 179

Repro:

1. Clone git repository
2. make bookstrap
3. make db-bootstrap
4. make serve

Did I forget something?
