[BUG] [S3 PUG NRT] Browse image generation blocked by unavailable AUX files

Environment:

• Delivery tag: 2.0.0
• Platform: OPS Orange Cloud
• Configuration: 2.0.0 (PUG-NRT/NTC/STC 1.14.0)

Current Behavior:
The PUGs addons failed to generate L1/L2 data because of missing AUX files.

Expected Behavior:
The PUG shall generate L0/L1/L2 data

Steps To Reproduce:
Start the PUG and ingest L1 or L2 data (without the disabling of Browse Product generation (workaround of "RS-973: [S3 PUG NRT] No L1/L2 data generated)"

Test execution artefacts (i.e. logs, screenshots…)

Whenever possible, first analysis of the root cause
The root cause is unavailability on ADGS of SY_2_CVPBAX and SY_2_PVPBAX files which are mandatory for browse production gestion

Bug Generic Definition of Ready (DoR)

• The affect version in which the bug has been found is mentioned
• The context and environment of the bug is detailed
• The description of the bug is clear and unambiguous
• The procedure (steps) to reproduce the bug is clearly detailed
• The tested User Story / features is linked to the bug if available
• Logs are attached if available
• A data set attached if available

Bug Generic Definition of Done (DoD)

• the modification implemented (the solution to fix the bug) is described in the bug.
• Unit tests & Continuous integration performed - Test results available - Structural Test coverage reported by SONAR
• Code committed in GIT with right tag or Analysis/Trade Off documentation up-to-date in reference-system-documentation repository
• Code is compliant with coding rules (SONAR Report as evidence)
• Acceptance criteria of the related User story are checked and Passed

Note:
This limitation was originaly included on the issue #973. I split it:

• 1: [BUG] [S3 PUG NRT] No L1/L2 data generated  #973 Products consolitdation. The consolidation is fixed by the disabling of Browse Product generation stage in tasktable. => Can be closed
• 2: [BUG] [S3 PUG NRT] Browse image generation blocked by unavailable AUX files #1076: Quicklook/Browse Image products : Browse Product generation stage cannot work because missing aux files. This issue is worked around by the disabling of Browse Product generation stage in tasktable. => It is a limiation of the system. The Workaround is the fixed of 973
