Remove Euler cluster instructions from docs

I realized that the informations to install CLIMADA on Euler in the developer guide (https://climada-python.readthedocs.io/en/latest/development/Guide_Euler.html) are no longer up-to-date. I have followed the instructions from https://gitlab.ethz.ch/climada/climada-on-euler, (posted on slack) and it worked. I have gathered a few issues I encountered during the install + added some notes below. @carmensteinmann I think you also had some issues with CLIMADA on Euler recently, so in case you have other tips or issues that you want to share feel free to add them here. @emanuel-schmid would you like me to update the developer's guide with this new set of instructions or is this still work in progress?

Install CLIMADA for a specific branch

1. Follow instructions to install climada 6.1 (https://gitlab.ethz.ch/climada/climada-on-euler)
2. Checkout target climada or climada_petals branch
3. Activate virtual environment using source ./use-climada.sh [ENVDIR] [VERSION]
4. pip install -e path/to/climada_python/or/climada_petals

Compatibility

• The approach described in https://gitlab.ethz.ch/climada/climada-on-euler works for CLIMADA 6. It has not been tested for previous versions. It might work for 5 but is unlikely to work for versions anterior to 5.

Use CLIMADA in a jupyter notebook

• The set-up of the jupyter server was failing due to some missing R command (/cluster/software/others/services/jupyterhub/scripts/jupyterlab.sh: line 21: R: command not found) but adding r/4.3.2 \ to the scripts/load-climada-modules.sh fixed the issue:

@luseverin Indeed, we should remove the outdated guide on the docs and link to the GitLab guide.

You could raise a Merge Request in the GitLab guide repo, adding r to the modules stack and discussing that change there with @emanuel-schmid.

Is there a particular reason to install CLIMADA v5 on Euler now?
