Remember retopology settings for each tool

In Retopoflow 4, each tool has its own settings such as selection mode and auto-merge. If a user changes these settings and switches to another Retopoflow tool and back, their changes are forgotten. It would be good to remember the user's state and revert to that when returning to a tool instead of always resetting the values to the defaults each time.

One user mentioned that they actually want switching back to the same tool they are already in (via the pie menu) to reset the retopo settings to our defaults, which is almost the exact opposite of this suggestion. e.g. switching to vert only mode, and turning off auto-merge, then using the pie menu to get back to the defaults. Interesting idea. Perhaps a "remember tool settings" option could help here and each person could do what they prefer.
