Could you please add examples to the "examples" folder to illustrate how to:
- Place Limit/Market orders from Bookmap and my add-on and receive successful order entry events.
- Record events when stop-loss and take-profit levels are adjusted.
I want to receive position events containing details such as order type, order quantity, entry price, stop-loss price, take-profit price, etc. to facilitate further processing.
