AKS Automatic Cert Rotation

Hey all, I noticed in the AKS release notes found here: https://github.com/Azure/AKS/releases/tag/2021-10-28 that AKS is implementing Auto-cert rotation. I'd like to find some more information about this; who would be the best person to connect with for further discussion/info on this topic?

Note: I see that Quentin Petraroia (@qpetraroia) did the release notes; do you happen to know?
