UVR is painfully slow

alright so i have this issue where when i use uvr it gets to approximately 15% done, then it just freezes for 20-40 minutes and then finally outputs the seperated audio. GPU and VRAM usage is low, even though i have torch installed (torch.cuda.is_available() returns true)

Reinstalling UVR and torch as well as changing hte uvr settings themselves didnt fix the issue

I have an rtx 5070 ti with 16 gb of vram, any clue how to fix this?
