Cleanup is bounded and non-masking, failed or cancelled acquisitions still release queued/owned lock state, and only a successful return command or exact allowlisted Unity responses permit the activation slot to enter cooldown instead of quarantine.

Run the Release Publish workflow on main with version 3.5.1.
Leave source_ref as main for the normal path.
Release Publish validates, packs npm, exports the .unitypackage, creates the release tag if needed, publishes npm, and publishes the GitHub Release assets.
