Investigate Cloundary with Decap

we want the users to still be able to upload images from the admin form. We also need them to be associated with the particular cell line and not a "global image". particularly because the scientists tend to name the images the same name. Ie, "low-mag" and need to be able to have AICS-12/low-mag AND AICS-14/low-mag

A lot of these images are quite large, and it would be better to be storing them somewhere other than the git repo so it doesn't get crazy bloated.

Working in progress, notes:

• Cloudinary provides unique links and prevents duplicate filenames
• we're looking for a way to dynamically create folders for each cell line during upload
• we're working on retrieving and unpacking Cloudinary images in the UI

Next step:

• Ruge will continue working on Cloudinary
• In the meantime, we're also exploring other image management tools as alternatives
