Patching crashes Atmosphere

Running latest version of Atmosphere (0.83) and Hekate (4.6).
When I open the app, it shows the proper "This console has been supernagged!" message.
Upon hitting [A], it returns the following error:
Failed to terminate ns. Error code: 0x0000020f Patching failed! Please ensure you are on a supported firmware version and try restarting the application and/or your console.
After receiving this error, leaving the homebrew menu by pushing the "home" button will crash Atmosphere:

I was having the same issue. I got it working by building the latest source myself. Atmosphere still crashed but at least it successfully removed Supernag.
