Description:
The notifications modal as well as the notifications page should have a delete all option in the form of a trash bin icon with a tooltip that says delete all notifications, helping users to clear out notifications at once.
Expected behavior and tasks:
-when users open this modal, they shld see a trash bin icon alongside the X icon.
- it should also be visible on the notifications page aligned horizontally with search bar and filter option (decrease the size of search bar to place it).
- on hover, it should show a tooltip saying "Delete All Notifications".
- when clicked, it should open a confirmation modal (see image for reference):
- When confirmed by user, all notifications should be deleted and user should see "No notifications to display!" .
