5ET-1400 Find the Homebrew Culprit #1417

Description

@crawltracker

Information
A tool in the homebrew manager for users to disable half of their homebrew at a time and binary search down to a culprit that is causing a fault.

Who would use it?
Anyone trying to identify a problematic homebrew in a large list of sources

How would it work?
Could be tied to recent informal suggestion to temporarily disable homebrews without removing them entirely. Ideally this would accommodate homebrews added via the local index.json file. And would also allow 'pinning' brews to not disable to check for incompatibilities between files

Why should this be added?
Helpful for troubleshooting
