Continuous Releases?

Add options --cr / --pr for the command release, or detect if it's a PR environment.

When CR mode is enabled, upload the xpi to Artifacts (valid for up to 90 days), and post the Artifacts link as a comment in the PR/ISSUE.

We could consider suspending this feature;

this feature can be implemented by reusing workflows or combining Actions without bundling this code in this package. We might be able to implement it in https://github.com/zotero-plugin-dev/workflows.
