i mean when i saw it it's more than before maybe somthing is off or idk i did tag the dev of this pull req so he can test it by him/her self and maybe find out what is the problem , or maybe it's not an issue idk really

adding this parameter as json array , how it works , by waiting x coalesce step more than default 10" so it can combind a few more connection inside the h2 multiplexer and it can reduce quota limit
