Paragraph content is not updated

**Description**
Paragraph editor content is not updated in collaborative mode.

**Expected behavior**
Editor changes should take effect in collaborative mode for each observer.

**How to replicate**
- User 1 opens notebook and edits paragraph.
- UI is not updated for User 2.
