Bring go-storage to feature parity with TBC

The Go wrapper currently covers TbCS's core CRUD + linearizable txn + watch surface, but several TbCS features (TTL/keepalive, status/feature reporting, count/revision predicate targets, >=/<= operators, full watch payloads) are not exposed.
