Example links broken

The example link https://github.com/rjackson/pivot.js provided in documentation returns 404.

[augbog]

The new link should be https://github.com/rwjblue/pivot.js because the repo owner changed his username.

@sharjeel @augbog Yeah, GitHub does a great job of redirecting most things, but the links on the demo site are hardcoded to rjackson and he's since changed to rwjblue (to match his twitter).
