[feature req] Filter satellite passes by frequency band

Similarly to the modulation type filter, it would be nice to have filtering by downlink frequency band (2m, 70m, etc.) . Reasoning: most users have antenna coverage for 2-4 antenna bands, this would reduce clutter in the list of passing satellites.
