Great! But why is this not happening to all the users if timeout is not wotking? Is it a wsl thing or curl command itself? Will look more into it

They are all started with nvim, but the startup speed in wsl is very slow. However, the startup speed using commands in wsl is very fast.

@nzlov I have updated the api_request function to include --connect-timeout in the raw field of plenary curl. Please see if that helps in any way
