App-wise notification management

I would like to have a menu in which I can choose what application can send notification to the system. In other words, a more flexible menu where it don't only drastically disable all the notification of the apps at once. Thank you.

Most apps that send notifications have settings for controlling them, don't forget.

It'd be a nice accessibility feature in the per-app notifications controls to also be able to override what kind of stimulation is provided. For example, disabling audio component, or audio and visual together, or duration of the visual for a specific more important notification (never auto dismiss, or 5m, or whatever)
