Performance review - post course authoring integration

Description

The course authoring integration introduced new endpoints and expanded the scope of existing ones. We need to review performance across both: existing endpoints can be compared against the baseline from #173 #56, and new endpoints need their response times verified as reasonable since there is no prior baseline.

Definition of Done

• PermissionValidationMeView is compared against baselines from Task - RBAC AuthZ - Multi scope roles: benchmark to identify any performance concerns with glob support #173 Load testing - AuthZ Framework Model #56.
• New endpoints introduced with the authoring integration have verified, reasonable response times.
• Regressions from the authoring integration are identified.
• Critical issues are fixed.
• Non-critical issues have a work plan.
• Test results and environment details are documented.
