No indicator when adding components to a collection

Open a large content library.
Create a new collection.
Open the collection.
Press "New" -> "Existing Library Content" and add 10+ items to the collection.

Bug 1: while this is happening, there is no indication on the screen.

This message appears only after the content is added:

Bug 2: The "Complete" message should show a ✅ checkmark or a success icon of some sort. The "spinning gear" icon indicates work is still happening.
