• Components have sidebars that open when selected
• Components have overflow menus in-line with the component name in the header specified in Sidebar Overflow Menus #2790
• If the component is a library reference, the component should have a library reference block defined in Library Reference Card #2791
• Add sidebar for component blocks are inactive styling
  • Upon hover, there should be a tooltip: Cannot add content to components

@ChrisChV - Just tested this. It looks good to me, but I did have one question. I also added one note that I wanted to capture on this ticket (no action needed on the note)t:

1. Question: I wasn't sure what the second bullet point referred to. I went to the linked ticket and see the proposed overflow items, but it wasn't clear to me from the design where they were to belong. I didn't see them while testing, but I also don't see them in the design. Do you have any insight into what this is? If not, I can do some digging on my end - just let me know.
2. Note: I note that the following AC: "Add sidebar for component blocks are inactive styling. Upon hover, there should be a tooltip: Cannot add content to components" was not implemented, but this is OK and potentially cleaner to omit it.

This part is still under development and will soon be ready for review; you will see it in this ticket: #2790
