Base case	additional cases

Library referenced objects have a card at the top of the Info sidebar, details tab
The base case indicates to users that the object was referenced from a content library. This base cases is only for reference level objects

Top level library referenced objects have three additional states:

Objects reused as a descendant of a library object has the following cases:

@ChrisChV - I just tested this it looked good to me except for the following one thing:

1. If a course element is a descendent of a library object and the descendent now has a broken link, the right message appears AND the generic broken link message also appears, which feels redundant to me. See the screenshot, below:
