Course Outline: Help Sidebar

Spec

• The help sidebar takes the content currently in the right panel next to the course outline and puts it into the new sidebar structure
• There are no help sidebars at the moment for any other areas on the course outline or unit pages
• If a block sidebar is open (ex: section) and the user clicks the help icon on the sidebar dock, the sidebar should navigate to the course level help sidebar [to be confirmed]
