• Reuse the old manage tags sidebar
• Click on the Align button of the navbar opens the Align Sidebar for the unit
• Click the Manage tags menu item in components opens the Align Sidebar
• The Taxonomy sidebar should utilize the correct heading: if a component is selected, the context for the sidebar heading should reflect the component.

Yes, this will be the same as the course outline. There are minor changes to the current alignment sidebar tool that we'd like to propose, designs coming soon.
