In Scope

• Depends on the implemntation of the first step of the Add Sidebar in: Course Outline: Add Sidebar basics (Add button Flow) #2629
• In the App Sidebar when the user clicks on the Add New, the sidebar changes to the select location step:
  • After select a location, a new section is created in the selected location.
• In the App Sidebar, in the Add Existing tab, when the user clicks on the Add button of some section card, the sidebar changes to the select location step
  • After select a location, the selected section is added from the library in the selected location on the course.

@edschema @ChrisChV I am not sure how I feel about displaying the sections again in the sidebar just for author to select a location.

We originally had wanted to have the outline area simplified with add locations (changing the outline page to match the sidebar design in the sketch in this parent ticket) and avoid copying the outline structure in the sidebar, but there were some concerns when sharing with the delivery team around having sidebars affect the main outline area.

We agree that it'd be best to avoid copying the outline structure within the sidebar, but will have to check with the full team.
