In Scope

• These buttons appear between Sections/Subsections/Units, as well as at the beginning and end of the corresponding list. The add buttons are hidden and appear on hover
• Click on the button creates the new respective container in the selected location.
• It has a dropdown Add from library
• Use the new flag created in Course Outline: Header Update #2622
  • When the flag is enabled, hide the old Add buttons and show this new buttons
  • When the flag is disabled. show the old Add buttons

Not in Scope

• Open the Add Sidebar when clicking the Add from library dropdown

Questions/TODOs

• Is the functionality described above correct? I haven't seen these buttons often in the designs, but they are mentioned.

Hi Chris, we're still trying to figure out if this behavior is going to be acceptable. The add buttons are hidden and appear on hover. You can see how it works here
