Update Migration Library Selection Text

Based on #2386, we will need to update the text of the destination library selection step. Text should read:

"All content from the 4 legacy libraries you selected will be migrated to {library name}, organized into collections. Legacy library content used in courses will continue to work as-is. To receive any future changes to migrated content, you must update these references within your course."

Hi! A couple minor notes:

• If it is just one legacy library being migrated, can we change the text to "All content from the legacy library you selected..."
• In the Destination step, can we change the text to read "...you selected will be migrated to the Content Library you select,"

The first fix looks great. The second: the implemented change looks to have modified the Confirm step (step 3) not the Destination step (Step 2). Can you revert step 3 to what it was previously (referencing the selected library by name).
The current text in the Destination step reads:

All content from the 1 legacy library you selected will be migrated to this new library, organized into collections. Legacy library content used in courses will continue to work as-is. To receive any future changes to migrated content, you must update these references within your course.

The reason we want to change this text is that the user has the option to create a new library but also to select an existing, so "will be migrated to this new library" is not always correct.

The text should read:

All content from the 1 legacy library you selected will be migrated to the Content Library you select, organized into collections. Legacy library content used in courses will continue to work as-is. To receive any future changes to migrated content, you must update these references within your course.
