First component added to child unit requires refresh for draft status change

Current Behavior
Steps to reproduce:

• In a library, create Subsection 1
• create Unit 1.1 in Subsection 1
• publish both Subsection 1 and Unit 1.1
• create a component to Unit 1.1
  In this case, Unit 1.1 appears as published and requires a refresh to reflect new draft state

Desired Behavior
Upon creation of the component in Unit 1.1, the sidebar for Unit 1.1 should immediately reflect that Unit 1.1 is now a draft.
